The death of POON SHI BUNG!

Poon Shi Bung was a small boy in Lingthem. He lived above the current day (ChungChung Gurama's) building on Zilla's property. 

There was a puja session (lama) at Subon area. [at the time only JayJay miss's family were monks, so they were performing the prayer session]

It was monsoon time, the corns were knee length. The parents of Poon Shi Bung decided to go and attend the prayer session held at Subon area. They advised Poon to stay at home and look after the fields and cattle. 

After they left, Poon finished all the chores and was sitting idly in front of the main door overlooking the corn fields below. He was surprised to see his mother working in the field. It had been about two hours since his parents left for Subon. He was confused to see her there, and was wondering why his father was not there if they didn't leave. Just when he was thinking all this, his mother came in front of him and scolded him for being wasteful and idle. She suggested that they should go to the forest and get firewood for the night. Poon Shi Bung still a little confused told her what she was doing there, he was pretty sure she and dad left for the puja a while back. They had a mild discussion over this confusion. Finally the mother complained that Poon was being very arrogant and now have started to back answer his mother. She picked up her 'doko' and left for the jungle alone. Seeing this Poon felt a bit guilty, he picked up his 'doko' and went after his mother. 

As he went deeper into the jungle he started feeling very drowsy and sleepy. At a certain point he fell down and slept off. He woke up to find himself stuck in a dark cave like place. There were sharp rocks projecting out from everywhere. There were strange creatures stuck on him like leaches, he would cry for help and as his tears rolled down his cheek, these small creatures would lick them off. He started flinging them around, they would come right back at him. He also tried swinging his 'takmok' towards them, they would latch on to him tighter and stronger. He realized he was tricked by the MULON. The mother Mulon orders these smaller Mulons to not eat Poon until the father Mulon comes back from his hunting trip. She shuts the only opening of the house and yells at her kids to look after their prey until she comes back from the jungle with some 'charo' The kids....
